Recommendations and balneo risks
- 2 sessions/year, each with 10-12 baths, at a 6 months interval
- a bath cannot exceed 30 minutes
- after 5-8 days, the effects of the “balneo crisis” can appear (headache, asthenia, adynamics, insomnia, palpitations)
The risk of interpersonal contamination in salt baths is excluded!
